IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

(Please read below carefully as we have made some changes to our planning)

 

**We are changing our procedures this year to allow for a smoother check in and event. You will get an email the week of the event with check in information, your spot location, parking and a map to help guide your check in.**

​

  • The Street Fair is from 11am-5pm.  This is updated from previous years. The event takes place at the center of the village, along Sullivan Street from Rte. 209 down to Berger St. 

  • You will receive an email the week of the event with Check In information, Spot # & Location, Parking Info and associated Maps. This is new this year so please make sure you provide us with a correct email address.

  • Check-In: Please come to the WBoT table by Jerry’s Collision Center located at 61 Sullivan St. to formally check in. We are working on implementing a faster check in process keeping you in your cars. Please follow traffic signs.   You will also receive 1 parking ticket to be placed on your dashboard.

  • Set-up starts at 8am for Food vendors and 9am for all other Vendors (This time change is to allow the food vendors with larger trucks time to get to their spots and set up before the road is filled with other vehicles).  No car will be allowed on the street after 10:30am. No vendor can set up or check in prior to 8:00 am. 

  • Side Roads will be available to Vendors to go in and out during set up with Vendor Pass. This is another new process to make set up run smoother. Please check in to receive your Parking Pass to show at the associated side roads for entrance into the event.

  • Parking instructions: Vendor parking is located in specific areas – We are working very hard to open up MORE vendor parking areas for this year. You will be given a map via email and at check in with designated Vendor parking locations.  Parking is on a first come first serve basis. A Vendor parking ticket will be provided upon arrival and must be placed on your dashboard. If a car is parked in Vendor parking without a parking pass it will be towed.

  • Break down starts at 5pm! Please do NOT break down prior to 5pm.  Absolutely NO vehicles will be allowed on the street before 5pm.

  • Cars MUST be off the street by 6:30pm. Road opens at this time and traffic will be allowed on the street.

  • Bathrooms: Porta-Potties are located along Sullivan Street and are available during the event. Their locations can be found on the map given to you at check in. 

     

REMINDERS:

• Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided. 
• Electricity: is NOT available at event. Only “whisper” generators will be allowed on site.
• The event is RAIN OR SHINE – no refunds will be issued for rain or other cancellations.
